There was a 3.9 strike-slip quake near the right-lateral Elsinore fault...I think this is the same area as a 3 something a couple weeks ago, and NW of a 4+. Quakes like these are not unusual around the Elsinore but not sure if I have seen several within a 2 week period of this size in the last 20 years that I have been watching California quake maps.
