Interesting stuff! I wonder what the possible connection could be ... The distances involved would seem to rule out any connection, but it may also seem to be more than coincident. If they are connected, I feel that it would be more likely that the same force is causing both the creep and eq activity, rather than the creep causing the eq activity ....
