Hello Brian, My comment was in regards to the geographics of the region. As such, I do not consider the quake on the White Wolf Fault near Bakersfield in the "LA" area. I don't consider Landers or Hector Mine in the "LA" area. Matter of semantics. Better to think in terms of provenance, in which the LA basin is indeed in a state of quiescence. But that takes us into another round of arguements about what constitutes a cluster, which I do not see, in the historical sense.
