I agree with you on the water problems. I live in an area with GREAT water, and the efforts are underway by international corporations to grab the rights. They are selling the idea to uneducated locals with promises of short term gain. Some people see the problem, most are "uh...duh, we need a minimum wage job."

OK..here we go--stupid, greedy rulers and an unedicated and frightened population are creating this water mess.
