I don't agree with everything posted there. My primary interest is in the collection of the data, which Condon seems to keep in good order. The biggest problem is the lack of large quakes in So Cal. Kind of hard to make a comparative analysis when half of what you need is missing. It's an interesting study, but in the end, the results may not pan-out.
