just an informal doc, not a leak

Sue's post was just a quick informal report, with a nice train of thought. I suspect she and Karen just didn't feel it worth the week of work to turn it into a full-fledged publication, or didn't worry someone would scoop them if they put it out for general readers. To be explicit, the report indicates that earthquakes very near the San Andreas fault, which traditionally get seismologists more worked up than earthquakes elsewhere, have no more chance of being foreshocks than earthquakes elsewhere. I'm not sure I agree, but their data and analysis look sound.
