Hi Bob. I do Quantum physics as a hobby. It helps me to relax. Also keeps me off the streets.

My primary job is to find things like this so as to give people headaches. It works. I gave myself one trying to figure out if this was for evaluating the prediction of an earthquake, or figuring out the magnitude, location and time of an earthquake. Time was what gave it away. I figured if they had a major quake and they felt it and nobody had a watch to see what time it was I figured they were in big trouble.
