In my newspaper this morning was an article about a 3 day meeting starting today somewhere in/around Universal City. Its supposed to attract about a 1000 geologists. One of the things they'll be talking about is earthquake prediction.

The article was in the LA Daily News but upon going out to the website, I wasn't able to locate that particular article so that I could post the URL here. I don't have the article with me right now so I can't be really specific about what is being talked about and where it specifically is.
