More time should then be put into Frasier-Smiths work wwhich proved successful. There are many who work in the theorectical arena of ULF precursors in a scientific way...but there are many more amateurs and such who also monitor ULF/ELF precursors. The ELFRAD group has never really claimed thier hits, but if one looks at the data, they have been dead on many times....If anyone is interested in ELFRAD's scientific - worldwide organization...sub to it on ELFRAD@egroups.com-- Note I still call it eGroups..I am resisting Yahoo...NO I don't Yahoo! I slip quietly into the night:-)

PS Petra---You really should meet Ben Parks. He is deeply interested in ULF and quakes...He is also an aquaintance of Frasier-Smith....Maybe that would open some doors to a whole new arena! Also I think I am confusing TV's Frasier...Sorry FS!...My English suckith!
