Tidal wave prediction

Hi all,
I found the relationship between tidal waves and seismicity for the area of Western Bohemia swarms. Almost the same relationship is between mining induced seismicity and tidal waves. The results were published in the workshop in Czech Academy of Science (in Czech). The next presentation will be on the Czech-Polish conferrence in Poland (Niedzica) 11.-13.6. (in English) and paper will be published in Publs. Acad. Sci. Pol. this year.
The result is that the tidal waves trigger the events with the probability depending on the amplitude of tidal potential and the phase of tidal waves cycles (daily, 14-day, half-year, 5-years and 18-years).
Now I am working on the testing of California EQs and the probability function. Next big maximums of potential megacycle will be in 2003 and 2008. This years and previous one year are the most probable years for "big one".

Please, I am looking for the scientist, who wants to do research in this topic. I am able to calculate all of parameters of tidal waves (tilt, strain, gravity, forces and so on).
