I am in the process of trying to match quakes and peak groups. When that effort is more advanced it shoule be easier to do correlation studies.

This is "Any Port In The Storm" technology. If numerous destructive earthquakes match well with peaks on the chart then that would be a good indicator that the next time one is getting ready to occur in some area where there was a match like that then we should expect to find a chart peak pointing to it.
