Hi Roger,

Once again, this is not an effort to create a perfect or even highly accurate earthquake forecasting method. The goal is to find a way to provide people with a warning at least some of the time when they need to get ready for a destructive earthquake. When dealing with matters of life and death the rule of thumb is to use whatever you can find that works until something better comes along.

For the moment, those “ghost” earthquake peaks are actually helpful. My procedure attempts to match EM signals with past earthquakes. And there are plenty of candidates in areas such as around Japan. But if the earthquake is going to occur in the Algeria area for example, there are fewer local earthquakes to work with. So if the program points to earthquakes at a location 90 degrees away etc. where there are a large number of earthquakes to work with then that information itself can be useful.

I have copies of quite a few of your programs. Most are in one directory. But I will have to do a file search for some of the others. That should not be too difficult.
