Now - Now Roger - We love our mountains and valleys and hills. Also the ocean.

On the up side we don't have hurricanes (ok maybe once in a couple hundred years) or tornados (only minor windstorms) - we definitely don't get snow in the lower elevations and life is generally quite nice except for about 30-45 seconds once every 10 years or so...
