The following significant earthquakes have now been added to the 2003-2007.html Web page chart:

http://www.freewebz.com/eq-forecasting/2003-2007.html

2003/05/01 00:27:04 38.99N 40.46E 10.0 6.4 Turkey
2003/03/29 11:46:48 35.98N 70.50E 114.0 5.9 Afghanistan
2003/02/24 02:03:44 39.64N 77.20E 33.0 6.3 China
2003/01/22 02:06:36 18.89N 103.88W 33.0 7.8 Mexico

I cannot guarantee that those are the earthquakes which are responsible for the peaks in the chart. However, it is important that there were peaks at those longitudes when the earthquakes occurred. That means that if people had been watching those areas they might have spotted the approach of those earthquakes regardless of what the peaks were for. Remember that the strongest peaks might appear 90, 180, or 270 longitude degrees to the west of where the actual earthquake occurred.
