I'm sure you've thought of this, but just consider how things such as minor dwellings (sheds), block walls, concrete sidewalks, gates, etc. come into play. While the out of pocket cost is not a lot to replace, you might want to query how damage to these things plays into your deductible calculation (i.e., what exactly becomes the value of the dwelling and what is subject to consideration with regard to the deductible).

You know, at the proverbial end of the day, it will be a fight over whether the deductible threashhold has been met.
