Back of the drives will have a jumper...allows forcing CHS / small.

Result is the drives will behave as < 40GB drives - just about all BIOSes since 1996 should be able to see them.

Of course - not the space you want but you could go RAID 0 and achieve 80 Gigs - still need a backup solution though.
