There's been quite a bit of activity along the San Jacinto fault and the helendale fault over the weekend - the quakes just aren't showing up on the map but are on the list - trinet review page.

Today there's been a 3.5 7 mi. ESE of Borrego Springs, CA in the San Jacinto fault zone
Coordinates : 33 deg. 13.94 min. N, 116 deg. 14.79 min. W
Depth : 2.3 miles ( 3.7 km)
