Thats what we are trying to do. It's a learning process and a refining process. There are bound to be some bumps along the way, thats just part of the deal. It is certainly better that just letting people spew "garbage" as you like to say without anything to back it up. So, our effort may have it's faults, but it is certainly a setp in the right direction.
