LOVE your post! Canie does not disapprove of the occasional off-topic post. We all have lives that are bigger, in many ways, than eq predition. Don't sweat it. In the past, there have been really non-sensical, OT posts, but not for a while now. I know that if Canie were unhappy with the thrust (note eq jargon here) of the posts on EW, she would let us all know about it. In many ways, we are a family. What goes on in our real lives is as important as what goes on geologically.

Glad you got to skate. Am envious. I love ice skating, but have never lived in the right climate.
