I agree that this failed. I agree that the expected result did not occur during the window posted. I also did not receive the confirming spike that usually occurs approximately 12 hours prior to the event I was expecting.
This experiment was a failure, and I freely admit it.
Currently, the strains are rising again at Parkfield (at a more rapid rate and a higher level than the original posting), so I am expecting something, but I am not stating a probable window or magnitude this time. We'll see what happens, then I'll have a nice data set to base future experiments on.
