If it happened closer in time to the mainshock I'm reasonably sure you would call it a triggered quake. After some period of time, being at some distance for the mainshock, it would just be a plain old quake. So, call it what you want as far as I am concerned (which I am not) All large quakes are going to tweak the stress around them...and there may be more complicated things with strain/block motions....if you move one side of a large more or less intact block you are liable to affect other parts of the same block (I'm talking scales of 10s of km, not plates).
