Cresent City and Hawaii,

From eye witness accounts, a very small initial Tsunami
hit Cresent city at about 11:40 then 3 hours later the
6 footer hit at about 2:30pm. This later one was not forcast
by the warning system. Now Hawaii is reporting similar
activity but not as large.

Anyone know how this can happen....small then 6X bigger later???????
