Thanks Canie for your response. Your post is exactly what I am talking about.

For the last couple of weeks at work, there was a problem on my mind. I'd often think about it at various times throughout the day. Yesterday I decided to get everyone together and brainstorm. The idea that was generated was awesome.

Not that I expect to figure out the mystery of earthquake prediction in this thread, it may be ultimately illusive, but it certainly is not at its peak either.

Unable to comment on the potential of your thread, as Roger likely will be, I can only say thanks. This is exactly what is needed, brainstorming. If something is determined to have potential, the simple task of data entry may be all that's needed to confirm it.
