If you have any influence with Jim, see if you can get him to post a list of all his predictions, citing when/where as appropriate. Then get him to certify my list of his newsletter predictions.

If he will do that I can run a more definitive test on him. But of course, he WON'T do it because the last thing he wants is a definitive test.
