Hello All,

I'm going to be taking leave for a time and wanted to say Thank You for your input, sharing what you've learned and often for the support I needed.

I hate to admit it, but Don In Berkeley, my old adversary pointed out something I knew for some time. In the last year with all of my personal problems, I haven't had the time to focus on my theory and haven't been able to keep up with a lot of what goes on.

So, its time to roll up my sleeves and get to work, serious work on a number of projects I have on the near back burner. Don and I have been building a new web site called, "The Seismic Safety Zone." Its not a message board, but a place where those who know little about earthquakes, safety and survival can tune in and be given the information they need to keep safe, learn and enjoy the wonders of geology. This is only phase one of many projects to follow.

When time permits, I have two small books I want to get into print, one called "Empty Promises," a consumers guide to insurance, the whole story. The second, about domestic violence, what it is, how mostly women need to know about safety and what to expect in settlements. It is still a man's world primarily and though it won't bring women financial freedom, it can teach them how to live a life without verbal or physical abuse.

Canie, sincerest Thanks for the board space. One day, if you're willing to have me, let me know when the next seismo party is and I'll see if I can attend.
