Must have been one hell of a nuclear blast! The quarry explosions I've seen in catalogs are mostly below 2.0, so I don't see how the military could generate a 4.8, without going nuclear. I suppose they could have exploded an artillery shell directly next to a siesmo sensor .... Who knows ....
