Don mentions below that it was probably weather related. The seismographs send data out to computers and computers try to interpret the data they get. Yesterday they were being pounded with rain and wind so there was a little mis-interpretation of the data which was quickly checked by humans.

I saw that 'swarm' too and it had me worried until it disappeared again.
