Michael - what Dennis means is the fact that the prediction is recorded here is a fact that it is documented - - they each have a time and date stamp.

You are right when you say no one has correlated the data into a nice summary, but the data is all here. I don't know that anyone is asking these basic questions yet. The only question I have that we can't seem to get an answer on is how many quake predictions has Martin made in the last year - and then how many of those hit. If martin has all his data as he claims and will definitely need to get funding, then he should know the answer to this question - its up to him to know these things, not us trying to keep track of it - he also posts many more predictions over at Sysygy's site.

I know Dennis has a great track record and isn't posting 5 or more predictions daily - he posts when he gets his signals. But my gut feeling, without doing the summarization that you are doing, is that Martin's hit rate is somewhere below 10% -He once challenged my to do what he does around last Christmas - I also had a good hit rate using what I think his methods are.
