The idea I had for a row under each prediction would make use of 'TR COLSPAN'. I think it would work much better than a column. Let me come up with a sample in the next day or two.

The limits on length and turnaround time are good. If you're intereseted in managing comments, I would be happy to give you the Access database I'm currently using and the little custom writen program to generate the table. It's real easy to do.

What do you propose that parameters should be for Dennis's scoring? Which quake would count if there were multiple quakes? I have no clue how that's supposed to work or what the value of it is. I don't think any others have commented on the proposal....
