What if a single thread is started after a prediction window closes, for the purpose of discussion? That way, nobody will have to wade through lots of messages to find commentary regarding each single prediction?

We could make the subject something like "Predicton Discussion 5318 - Olympia" or something like that, where the prediction post number as well as a geographical location makes finding the thread easy.

I'll start one for the most recent prediction to close as an example.
