Fiji gets unusual shallow quake, damage?

Most earthquakes in the area are 400-600 km deep so not felt too strongly. This latest tremor was a surface quake, and could go larger like 6-7+mb in next two weeks, a surface event capable, if it were to strike at 7+, of a tsunami threat for Suva, Fiji....mb.
