Hi Dennis. The dilational strain data has been around for a number of years now. I know it has been around for at least 3 years as I have been studying it that long. That strain built up you see which started on the 10th. which in reality had started some time before that rapid increase caught my attention as well as a few other people. Most of us thought it may be bad data, but as there was no one who could positively identify it as being bad data it was left alone. As of this moment no one was really sure what it represented.
