I assumed that's what you were getting at. The predictions I have seen from you are quite clear and I don't think anybody has an issue with them. I suppose the form could be modified to have a half dozen lines with a Min Distance, Max Distance, Min Mag, Max Mag. I assume you would want your example to be considered a single prediction rather than four.
