Martin - I'm looking at a Webster's dictionary - it states the following definitions:
Predict: To tell beforehand; to foretell; to forecast
Forecast: To estimate or calculate in advance, especially to predict the weather.

There is no distinction in the English language between the words forecast and prediction and I'm not going to start making up one now.

I will add a couple more boxes to handle the long island scenario. Could you please add either a +- or NS-EW to those Long and lat?
