The requested changes have been made - a Formal Prediction will include Prediction in the subject line and the actual prediction in red in the body of the message.

If there is anything in the 'prediction' fields it will be considered a formal prediction - if nothing in the fields, then its not.

You cannot post a formal prediction as a reply to another message - only as a main message.
