Hi All,

Its not that difficult to do an astrological chart for any given place on the planet. Today with modern computerized programs it makes it a lot faster and easier. The key is that the person making the forecasts has enough background and has seen the same configurations often enough to know the difference between an earthquake or some other event, like a war.

When preparing a chart what makes one persons chart different from another who shares the same birthdate comes down to two things: the birth location and the exact minutes at the time of birth.

When you read the daily astrology section in the newspaper it is not a defined horoscope, but quite general for a particular sign. From the modicum of information I know about charts and preparing them, the method requires a lot of attention to place your ascending sign, decending sign, triagulation with planets and a host of other information to make an accurate chart.

I would imagine quite a few people who know how to be very definitive with charts don't forecast earthquakes because of the controversy. They are far more interested in working inside Wall Street and as a corporate advisor which is a lot more lucurative.

While I do Numerology charts for business owners and have been reading Tarot cards for over 20 years, I find neither one a very good predictive source. But they do project times to invest, expand or sit still and for the personal side in Tarot, you'll know exactly where you stand with individuals in your life and the ups and downs of fortune or fame.

Two years ago on Halloween I dressed up as Sister Marie, Tarot Card reader for work and I can tell you I hardly got a moment to do much in my free time because nearly everyone wanted a reading. I did win the costume contest as well, 2nd year in a row. This past year I went as a geologist and didn't even get a mention.

So, yes indeed Astrology can be used to forecast earthquakes if one has the skill, the time and is willing to face the consequences of many varieties.
