Hi All, Here's the info from the USGS on tonight's earthquake list. Its rather interesting when you look at the steady progression of quakes in lat/long until the 3.5 hit San Leandro. 2001/02/01 19:41:27 37.785N 122.165W 12.8 7 km ( 4 mi) N of San Leandro, CA 3.5 2001/02/01 19:39:25 37.778N 122.173W 11.0 6 km ( 4 mi) ENE of Alameda, CA 1.3 2001/02/01 17:22:15 37.783N 122.171W 11.2 6 km ( 4 mi) ENE of Alameda, CA 2.4 2001/02/01 17:20:24 37.781N 122.171W 10.9 6 km ( 4 mi) ENE of Alameda, CA 1.7 2001/02/01 13:36:31 37.780N 122.174W 10.6 6 km ( 4 mi) ENE of Alameda, CA 1.4 As a side note about a half hour ago I got a sensitive symptom I haven't had in a long time. Its called deaf ear. My left ear seemed to go deaf as though the sound was being muffled. Then I felt as though a sound wave traveled through the center of my head and an ear tone emerged from the right ear. This used to happen to me all the time, but now its been at least 6 or more months since it happened the last time. I am expecting some kind of quake south of me, but not anything to big. Just another one of those curious personal EQ precursors. Petra
