The suggestions for what should be posted as a formal prediction are the same one's required by Alan Jones to do his evaluation.

Michael, you made a statement that the "window" and "time frame" were a duplication. They are not. If the poster wishes to do so, they may wish to predict an earthquake that's coming up after the time of posting. ie: the date of post is 2/2, but the window may not start until 2/5 and then the time frame is applied. We also need to keep in mind, this is UTC time, not Pacific Time, which makes a big difference.

I would really like to stay with what Alan Jones has given us insofar as parameters. Then nothing is missing and he can do his calculations easily, or anyone else who has an evaluation method, who may not post. If you catch my drift.
