Good ideas Michael - I can change the main board posting form to allow for these other fields - then modify to board script to try to format a bit different if the fields have data in them (And hope I don't break it!) - I have heavily modified this script already. I am a programmer by trade but perl isn't my primary language.

I'm thinking something like maybe incorporate the info into the title somehow and make it red and bold? or a different font or some such so it stands out from the other posts. I have another person that worked with me to design how this board works so I will bring her into the conversation (Joan).
