At unusual location which could be very unstable as it is steep and along the beach. El Nino 83 caused huge slides there that killed a dozer operator while I was there surfing at Santa Cruz. I remember seeing them attempting to push the highway back thruough after those rains and the slides early 83. Anyway just a little tremor there, be watching...mb.
