Keep saying the mantra...Haicheng predicted, Haicheng predicted-(3 million saved from harsher effects or death, city mostly levelled hours AFTER evacuation few deaths and injuries...) It isn't up to anyone but ourselves to save ourselves. They might help but we're on our own for a while and no meds or food or water so...The only reason forecasting is worth anything is if it's ACCURATE and ACTED UPON PROPERLY!(and with common sense)...mb.
