Yes, we're keeping dry. I had fun driving back from Stevensons Ranch last night around 8:30PM with the sideways driven rain and dodging tree debree on McBean over in Valencia. We only lost a little two foot branch off one of our trees. Other then that, everything was just find. House would shudder a little with the wind though. It was really strong.

As to standards, I think that has been said out here time and time again. Its up to the predictor if they want to get anywhere to start doing something about it. Otherwise they'll never get anywhere. The one person that could really talk to this is Alan, but I don't think he relishes getting into these kinds of discussions anymore after having been through it before. They can get pretty heated.

There is one thing that Alan does when calculating the probability of getting a hit by chance that I'm not sure I agee with. But I need to study up more on that before I get into it again. Most people wouldn't predict that way though.

I don have another thought though for close misses, but I'll bring that up another time.

Here's to hoping that people will start cleaning up their preditions.
