Mine is to give warnings and yours like others, is to keep on keepin' on and that's that. I don't expect anyone to pack up and leave and definitely don't want the last word on forecasting big earthquakes. The way I do my forecasts will change and hopefully become more accurate with time (and improved resources as they become available). People are free to interpret my forecasts, as they are, in any way they'd like, and some like having the forecasts just the way they are. Especially when the forecast was acted upon by someone who lived in the forecast region or town and saved damage to their property by taking precautions for the forecast period of less than two weeks. Take down the China, etc.
Skeptics are us. I don't think you should tailor your point of view to make anyone happy but you. But you surely can't deny that I've had some very accurate forecasts in the past. Thanks Don and Take Care in Hollister. Did you feel that little bump 7 miles from you yesterday?...mb.
