Thank you for the data backup, Roger, I often am challenged by lack of computer time, and only have free access once or twice a week. I would like to post tighter locations, etc, I do not at all disagree with posting lats and longs, I wish we had a map to put predictions on when we post with oval shapes to eliminate wasted area from posts and get a more accurate picture of forecast areas. What an asset that would be! Thanks Roger for assisting with this post, I know you are busy. Perhaps with examples of technical prediction methods, others who have the time and desire can refine posts that need tune-ups. I will try to tighten up my posts when the situation avails. Haven't much time now though, so take care and I'll do my best to make this theory work. It IS a lot more than foreshocks that I use, but that in my works in progress paper I'm working on that should be testable. Others have tested it already, and it has far greater than background results. Just watch Adak and Alaska peninsula, Adak 80 miles<, Ak Pen/ Central 200 miles...mb.
