I've been getting concerned with the low readings on the electron flux over the last two days, link below. Based on this, we should get an M7+ event somewhere in the world in the next 5 days.

I say should because sometimes it doesn't happen. But then I'd liken this to hurricanes. SST's (sea surface temperatures) have to be at least 80 degrees in order for a hurricane to form, but hurricanes don't always form when SST's are at 80 degrees.

I also look at this as only being a trigger mechanism for a fault close to breaking anyway which is the reason for it sometimes not occurring.
