Should be illegal to smoke, for the cost of the health care in Canada (where there is free or subsidized health care) is paid by the majority who are non smokers. Thats sucks too, because there's not enough care for those who don't smoke because of those who do smoke taking up the budget and beds. Sure want a smoke!
