Hmm, have only been looking at this board for about 2 months. I'd imagine a 3.5 or 3.3 would not be nearly as rare as your current prediction for Pinnacles as I would guess that the aftershock sequence is still above the background levels for the area due to the Loma Prieta Quake of 1989. I know down in my neck of the woods (SoCal) that we are still getting aftershocks from Landers which was in 1992. Also, we are still seeing aftershocks from Northridge in 1994. I was living about 1 mile from the epicenter of that one! I think getting thrown outta bed at 5:30 that morning got me much more interested in earthquake prediction. I don't want to experience that kind of a surprise again!
