| O/T--a Sense of Sadness, Loss, and Anger |
Howdy, I am sure most of you have now heard that we had a fatal fire over-run on a USFS engine near Cabazon earlier today. 4 members of the crew are dead, and the fifth is in critical condition. What makes this situation worse is the fire appears to have been intentionally set. Bad situation. Fire is now over 20,000+ acres and in rugged country. It will be days before this fire is controlled. Santa Ana winds continue to blow here in San Diego county.
