Ugh. My younger son is a ski lift operator at Squaw Valley (Tahoe), and we live in the southern Santa Cruz Mountains.

A 3.5 to 4.2 I could definitely handle, but any possible magnitude on that Truckee quake you're worried about? If he's not working the lifts, he's snow boarding.
