Sorry, not Mike B either. I'm near Saugus High, and have also wondered where exactly San Gabriel runs through. We are not far from it, I assure you. I know the area of Vasquez Cyn Rd between Bouquet and Sierra appears rather turbulent, so I keep thinking it runs through there. Also some of the cuts in Sierra Hwy closer to San Fernando Rd. show some interesting uplift. I haven't found a map accurate enough to figure it out ....

As far as Jim's predictions go, I agree with you that we need to walk before we run. The slightest consistant and repeatable deviation from random change would be significant. I guess I'm just baffled that the analysis of his predictions do not appear to include the expected number of hits occuring at random. It seems to me that that sort of evaluation would be required to prove any kind of validity. But, on the other hand, maybe I'm missing something here ....
